We don't know how the world would look like if we would not have changed the infrastructure of the planet so completely that even what now seems natural habitat has been replanted by human hands. We achieved the greatest upheaval on Earth of any species in a very short time and I assume that we will be busy using the rest of our allotted time on the planet to rectify what has been ravaged for monetary benefit only.
